TIKBABES respects intellectual-property rights and reviews complete copyright notices concerning content available through the service. This process is intended for copyright owners or agents authorized to act for them.

Information required

A valid notice should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The exact TIKBABES URL or other information sufficient to locate each disputed item.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Review and counter-notices

We may remove or restrict access to identified content while reviewing a complete notice and may notify the content provider. Where applicable, a provider may submit a legally valid counter-notification. Material may be restored when the law permits unless the notifying party confirms that court action has been filed.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a materially false claim may expose the sender to liability. If your concern is privacy, consent, impersonation, or content depicting you rather than copyright ownership, select the appropriate reason in the Take It Down form.
